Let me be part of your support team

You don’t have to do it alone

Although we don’t know each other yet, my guess is you’ve been suffering without getting the help you deserve for a long time. It’s ok, so many of us have a hard time identifying and asking for what we need (hello perfectionists!). Therapy is not about mental illness, it’s about mental wellness. And part of being well sometimes means surrounding yourself with supportive people and learning new tools. That’s where I can help!

Therapy might be right for you if…

  • you do not like the way you are feeling, thinking or (re)acting

  • you are having more bad days than good

  • you are feeling like something just isn’t right but you can’t pinpoint what

  • your coping skills are no longer serving you

Sessions are currently offered in-person at my office located in historic downtown Roswell, GA or virtually through convenient, secure telehealth formats for clients located across the state of Georgia. New clients will begin with a 75-minute in-depth intake session. All other sessions are scheduled for 55-minutes.

$175/55 minute session

$225/75 minute intake

Postpartum planning packages are specially-designed to help clients feel more supported and prepared for the postpartum "fourth trimester." We will help identify and establish support systems, practice effective coping & relaxation skills to put in your "toolbox," and create plans for protecting sleep, feeding, and self-care schedules to best prepare you for your journey to parenthood.

FAQ’s

  • Clients are able to choose in-person or virtual session. In-person sessions are offered Tues & Thurs only. Virtual sessions are available Tues - Fri.

  • My services are self pay, which means I am not "in network" with any insurance companies. Allowing you to pay privately provides you with more control and flexibility in your therapy journey. I am happy to provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider if you would like to use out of network benefits. I suggest contacting your insurance company ahead of your session to learn about your personal benefits, coverage, and reimbursement rates (if applicable). If you choose to use out of network benefits, you will need to be assigned a mental health diagnosis so that your insurance company can process your claim(s).

  • Full payment is expected at the time of each session.

If the cost of therapy is a barrier to your support and healing, please let me know. I have a few sliding scale spots available for reduced rates and would be happy to discuss your needs.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours notice and no-show appointments will be charged a fee.

  • Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good FAith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
